My Journey & Background
My career has taken me across marketing, hospitality, and sports operations — and honestly, that mix is what makes me tick.
I currently lead marketing and communications at an international school in Bali, where I manage everything from digital outreach and social media to executive-level internal communications and large-scale annual deliverables. Before that, I worked front-of-house at a premier sports club, handling tournament logistics, membership relations, and day-to-day operations — and that’s where I really found my footing.
Working in a sports environment felt natural. The energy, the community, the mix of structure and spontaneity — it matched how I work and how I show up.
- Marketing & Communications (Present): Leading digital outreach, bilingual content (EN/ID), newsletters, and event campaigns in the international education sector.
- Sports & Community Operations (Past): Front-of-house management, tournament coordination, and membership relations at a premier sports club.
- Hospitality & Guest Relations (Past): World-class service delivery at fast-paced, premium international venues — consistently hitting commercial targets while keeping the guest experience front and center.
